Houdoken // Axiom 2011

Last year's Axiom: The Electronic Music Dance Conference, hosted by Dark Matter Squad, included both dance workshops and discussions on the principles of dance and theory. We were blessed with teachers who came out from various corners of the country to show their technique, style and personal take on their dance.

Dark Matter's Houdoken gave a lecture, along with visual demonstrations on several theories, concepts and techniques he had been experimenting with during that year. In this video, he discusses triangle-space finger techniques for Digits and the concept of the triangle grid vs the square grid. He ended with with unveiling of Dimensionality framework (1 point flow, 2 point flow and 3 point flow) a concept that promises to bring greater conscious awareness to spatial manipulations.

Keep up with us on Facebook as we prepare to release details on this year's Axiom 2012!
